These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital asset trading platform operated by Silver Capital Finance s.r.o. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") under the domain https://trade.uxbit.wtf ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and not be a resident of any jurisdiction where use of the Platform would be unlawful.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.
Each User may only register and use one Account unless otherwise expressly authorized by the Company. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Credentials.
Users may deposit supported Digital Assets to the Platform without undergoing KYC verification; however, the Company reserves the right to require KYC for certain deposits based on risk assessment.
Withdrawals of Digital Assets below a threshold amount may be processed without KYC, subject to internal risk assessment.
Withdrawals exceeding the threshold may require Users to complete the KYC process, including submission of valid identification documents.
The Platform supports the trading of Digital Assets in both spot and derivative markets. All orders are matched automatically via the Platform's order matching engine.
Trades executed on the Platform are final and binding. Once an order has been matched and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
Users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with volatile markets, slippage, and order execution delays.
Transaction fees apply to trades executed on the Platform. These fees are displayed before order confirmation.
Users agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their activities on the Platform. Fees are deducted automatically at the time of the transaction.

Trading in Digital Assets and derivatives involves a high degree of risk. Prices may fluctuate significantly over short periods of time.
Leveraged trading increases both potential gains and losses. Users may lose more than their initial investment.
The Company does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Users are solely responsible for all trading decisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Prague, Czech Republic.
